Celebrating, in whatever way, is important for acknowledging achivements and happy times. I loved the fun, sunny day on the beach with family, having a pinic and paddling, celebrating the completion of my masters degree with distinction!

We all know that adult life can be stressful and difficult in numerous ways. So, enjoying the good stuff much needed. When something, either big or small, happens, its lovely to celebrate sometimes.

I have loved my masters degree for many reasons, and was so delighted to gain a masters with distinction!

It was while studying the degree part-time that I became more unwell, fought for diagnoses, received diagnoses and fought for appropirate healthcare. So much going on!

After compelting my masters degree and getting the confirmation that I now had a masters with distinction, we enjoyed a picnic at the beach. I was pleased to complete, hand in my dissertation, sign with relief and celebrate!

It is always fun packing the hamper with sandwiches (pesto, vegan mozzarella and tomato on sourdough), vegan cakes, a bottle of fizz and juice, ready for a few hours outside, by the sea, eating and laughing.
