Orange trees with fruit and white flowers are a lovely combination, with pale terracotta pots and the London brickwork. The garden terrece is ready for summer!
One sunny weekend recently, I got the terrece ready for summer, by adding cotswold stone chippings and placing the new orange trees, calamondin and kumquat, and various white flowered plants. The cotswold stone appeared slightly grey, as seen below, but lightened is now cream.
The morning sun on the little orange fruits and white flowers makes the terrece so cheerful, bright and elegant. In the evening the string of lights are on and, sometimes, we light the candles in the lanterns.
